It was disappointing to end up in a smaller, shabby room without prior notice!!! The lock on the gate was broken during our entire stay. The furniture in the room felt outdated. a refresh would really enhance the experience!!!

Serene location but dated facilities
The grounds are beautifully maintained, enveloping you in nature's charm, perfect for a soothing getaway. The spacious honeymoon suite offers ample room for relaxation.
The furniture felt worn and the overall decor outdated. Without proper maintenance, the experience could easily become disappointing expecting a modern retreat.

the flamingo in uluwatu was quite a disappointment. Upon arrival, we were shoved into a smaller, shabby room instead of the standard one we booked, and not even warned. also, the pool was filthy—how absolutely charming. i was expecting a room upgrade or a gesture for my 'inconvenience', but i guess that’s too much to ask. i just couldn’t leave without this review.

From my stay, it was great to enjoy the lovely pool in my villa and unwind with a full body massage at the spa. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless, which I really appreciated. There were a couple of minor things that needed fixing, but they were sorted out right away. Definitely take advantage of the spa services! 😊

I visited this place as part of a couple's getaway. I was impressed with the great location and helpful staff during my stay. I particularly enjoyed the clean spaces and the inviting pool area. Two accommodations were right next to each other, allowing for seamless relaxation. We had no trouble getting around, as transportation options were readily available. it met my expectations for a tropical experience.
